COMPUTER EDUCATION CALL CENTER HOURS:
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m. MST (10 a.m.–8 p.m. EST)
Saturday: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. MST (12–3 p.m. EST)
Basic Computer Skills
Basic computer skills video courses include “Computer and Device Basics,” Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. This course is offered by Microsoft and hosted by LinkedIn. You will be required to create an account with LinkedIn to start class and earn a certificate at the end.
Working and Collaborating Online
“Working and collaborating online” computer courses include how to find information online and how to use chat, video calls, and video meetings. This is a LinkedIn course and requires you to have an account with LinkedIn. The account is free and your only requirement is to have a email account.
